Jim,The idler pulley is not a "V".It is supposed to be flat with a small rim and runs on the back of the belt. Good Luck,Jim

Try sandy lake equipment they had the center shaft for my 40 year old unit. They also will have a part #. It would help if you have a fax machine so they can send the parts diagram and you will be able to see exactly the part you are looking for.-- John

I just bought a B110 w/42" deck. The machine had no belt on the center PTO. So I bought a belt, went to install it and noticed that the Idler Pulley was an axle bearing of some sort and was siezed up. Does anyone have the dimensions of the v-grooved Idler Pulley, or know where I can purchase one at a reasonable price. Thanks Jim.

If the pulley halves are riveted together, I have in the past drilled the rivets out, replaced the bearing and replaced the rivets with small machine screws and "nylok" nuts. Some pulleys are welded together. If welded, obviously the whole pulley needs to be replaced.
