I have one that was bought with a B-10 new. I cannot find a model # anywhere. Can someone help me out. It looks just like the link. I need it to look up the belt sizes. Thanks, Ryan[A href='http://www.simpletractors.com/attachments/vacuum_collectors.htm']http://www.simpletractors.com/attachments/vacuum_collectors.htm[/a]

According to the link below, it is either a 2029907 or a 2025054... Which one? What's the difference? I haven't a clue! Perhaps if your dealer with old parts breakdowns, they could help you determine that... My old one, supposedly off a B-12 (what I was told when I bought it) had provisions for both right and left pulley drives off the bevel gear box (left side goes through rear PTO/tiller drive while right side would drive directly), and has a clutching idler pulley/lever on the vac itself. But, I have no idea which one it is, either. I'd guess the older (i.e. smaller) part number, but that's only a guess....[A href='http://www.simpletractors.com/models/b_series/prices/67_pg_20-7.htm']http://www.simpletractors.com/models/b_series/prices/67_pg_20-7.htm[/a]

I've got one coming in about two weeks off an old Allis b series so I'll be playing this guessing game too. All that is coming for me is the vac, hoses and the deck to hose adapter. Ihave a good dump cart but will have to get the canvas cover material and make the hoops which hold it up. I think 1/2" electrical conduit will make fine hoops. Iam wondering how the delivery hose to the cart is fastened into the canvas material. Dick

Dick, 1/2" conduit should work fine. Don't use thin wall. Use rigid. A leatherette boot is stitched into the front screen panel on the factory cover (hi-volume "Conestoga" type). On mine, I built a plywood bulkhead for the front (to keep some of the dust from coming forward. I cut a 6" hole in the bulkhead and installed a HVAC diffuser. It works great. The hose gives me plenty of flex when turning.

The collector I have drives off of the right hand side, with the clutching, idler on the collector itself. Thanks Ryan

I'd guess it is a 2025054 then... but that's only a guess. BTW, there's also a small "U" shaped hoop on my front cart frame hoop that the tube goes in, to support its weight. The boot is on there just to keep debris from blowing out around the tube, not to support the weight of the tube.

Here's a picture of the rear PTO (or tiller drive) that I use to drive my vac off the left side of my B-210. http://www.simpletractors.com/transfer/images/rear_pto.jpg

Here's a picture of the belt running from the rear PTO (on the left) to the jackshaft on the vacuum's frame. This jackshaft simply transfers power to the other side of the vacuum, where another belt clutches and drives the vacuum. See the link below for pictures of the other side of the vac, showing the impeller drive. That thread also shows pictures of the left side 3" BGB pulley, the 4" pulley used on the BGB to drive a vac off the right side, and the idler bracket used on the vac when driving it from the right side... Supposedly, the only Simplicity blower to be driven off the RH side is #990328. Check to see if that xref to AC #2025054.
