Dust clouds from bagging leaves w/Regent

I have been using my twin manual bagger to pick up the leaves this fall. This is a 2001 Regent w/38" deck. I have been getting a lot of dust kicking up in all directions from under the deck. It did not help that I aerated the lawn three weeks ago and the ground has been very dry due to lack of rain. I almost need a respirator mask when I cut the lawn. I have had the chute clog several times on the vac system. When I have the PTO engaged I am getting too many leaves blowing out the front of the deck. I read a post awhile ago about a baffle that Simplicity makes to reduce the blowout coming from under the deck. Can someone tell me more about this baffle. I have the mulching kit which has a baffle the attaches to the front of the deck. Would this accomplish the same thing? Would appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks for your replies.
