B110 Hi-Lo trans question

I have a B110 w/std. 3 spd. trans. Is the Hi-Lo option easy to bolt on or do I need an original Hi-Lo trans? Also where can I find the Hi-Lo kit for my machine? Thank for you replies. Jim

The Hi-Lo is a bolt on to a standard 3-speed. It is a two speed drive pulley for the transmission. They're very hard to find, in good condition. See the "Making 1 Out of 2" story in the Do-It-Yourself section to see closeup pictures of mine, shown below, that I have mounted on a Big Ten.
