Welcome to the club! I love the sign8D I've never seen another like it. Looks to be from the walk-behind tractor era. The yardstick is great too, especially with the listing of '60s era tractors on it. Thank you for these with us.

I hope I am not breaking any rules by adding a non ac/simp item but I thought a few others might like this item as well. I found this Wallis Tractor item a few years back. Very old item from not too far from my home near Milwaukee.

I don't have a Wallis, but here is my 1945 Massey Harris 101 Senior. Massey Harris is the company that bought the Wallis tractor company when Massey Harris was trying to expand their product lineup from just plow equipment to include tractors too. There aren't many Wallis tractors out there, but it would be cool to see one if somebody out there has one. Thanks for sharing your items, those are cool to look at! And welcome to the group.Nate

Welcome from Mukwonago Mark.

You are like in the "hub" of the Simplicity owners in the area.

Just a few weeks ago, we helped a club member move his equipment from just east of Brookfield Square, out to 160th and Gebhart? just east of BCHS.

I could walk to that location in 5 mins I am 2 blocks from there on Milrod Ln. That is crazy. I hope he has his tractors out of view for the most part...this city (Brookfield) is nuts with regulations. I spend 800.00 a year for storage a few mile from my home. The rest are hidden under tarps or in my garage or shed.

My location would not be hard to locate as I am in my driveway whenever the weather is good, with my head down in some sort of power equipment....AC Simp, Cub, Deere,Stihl, Husq. Right now I have a mid seventies 16hp Cub that I picked up last week and have already sold.

I can tell you that this is in no way a big money maker venture but fuels my other tractor purchases and the THRILL of the hunt for me.

I must tell you I do have a problem in which I can't resist an old tractor and own about 14 right now and I have a 1 ac lot!sm03

Here's a more exact location without a house number. A few houses south of Nancy Lane on 166th between Gebhart and North Ave. Across the street from the High School.
