Governor Adjustment, Thanks to Al Eden's post

I finally got the Carb/Throttle/Governor adjustments straighened out on the 17GTH-L, thanks to the old post from Al Eden back in 2004.

Once I followed Al's instruction on the Static Governor adjustment, it was a matter of setting the max throttle stop on the side of the Carb.

I bought a $13.00 non contact digital tachometer on e-bay, which works amazingly well.

The engine idles at 1250 RPM and max throttle is about 3400 RPM, it is a sweet running machine now!

Thanks once again Al for your contributions to this site.
