drive belt size

hay all my big ten is up and running dOd well the eng. is but i cant seem to put her in gear she (grinds) i did have napa matched up my old belt the part # is B38 seems small so i tried using the old belt and still grinds when i put my clutch in the belt still turns the tranny i did replace the bushings in the pulley .Do you think my belt is to small? do any one have the size i need ? she did worked 5 years ago but the old bushings where bad so i replaced them should i lube bushings maybe buff pully so she spins ? any clues ? thanks every one

The belt guide in the pic isn't even in place...looks like it's loose or just flopped forward. Snug that baby up, so there's an 1/8" or less gap between guide and belt, and your problem will vanish.

It looks like your missing the belt guide on top' there should also be one on the bottem.

They stop the belt when you step on the clutch.

There should also be a rounded cover over the belt comming from the

BGB.

You know, I see so much good info on here I can't remember it all either.

I actually have 3 binders where I print or write info and keep pictures.

B-10 binder

416 binder

611 binder

Makes it easy to find stuff, the only problem is my ideas pile up a lot quicker than I can get them done!
