It's based on the rotational speed of the earth, at the equator,times the relative humidity of Tempe AZ, at noon July 12. Factoring in the wind velocity, at the time, plus any known obstacles, equals a counter balance of .88567, which basically works out to how it's done.

IS it two tires, or is the machine simply a tractor to pull an implement, and the operator has just played with it long enough to know how to use his weight to balance?
