Converting Sears 3 point

Has anyone tried to convert a Sears 3 point hitch to fit a Simplicity large frame tractor? Just curious...having a hard time finding any decent used sleeve hitch implements down here, but see tons of Sears stuff...

A couple of years ago I picked up a Sovereign 18 with a Sears 3 pt on the back. Some pics:

Hopefully the pics will give you some idea of how it was mounted. There was a switch mounted on the seat pan to operate the lift. I no longer have the tractor or 3pt, so I can't be of more help.

Interesting idea. I was thinkin of a Kolpin 3 point might work.

I did the opposite a few years back, retrofitting an older Sears Disc to the Simplicity Hitch.

It's on my list of things to do. I am planning to use the Allis lift lever connected to the Sears 3 pt.

id="quote">That's sort of what I was thinking...and maybe tying it into the original hitch so it would be removable and interchangeable.
