Run over to the for sale page. Look for Ken See's 416H for sale. It would cost about $185 to ship with Forward Air. Woody

I just bought an AC416H (hydro). The engine is shot. What are the rules on pushing this hydro?? Will it hurt the tranny?? I remember on the Cub Cadet they say not to push or tow a distance.

There should be a button or lever that you disengage to allow you push or pull it. I'm at work with no access to manuals. Someone else with hands-on experience should be able to jump in and tell you what/where it is....

Les, can't help you on locating the release button, but on a 14hp gilson with a peerless hydro I can say it rolls easy when released, maybe that will help you know you found it.. Guy I bought it from thought the tranny was shot..MPH

There is a lever in the back, just above the hitch, its about 4 or 5 inches long. I think it moves from left to right. You may have to "rock" the tractor back and forth a little while you're trying to move the lever. You'll feel it pop out of gear.
