Does anybody know if there is any venting on these? I've got one that is leaking fluid past the seals (which were just replaced).

I didn't mic the axle shafts as they "looked" great and the way the new seals went in it's hard to believe that they were ruined during installation. So I'm looking for something else to check before tearing everything down again.

TIA for any guidance.

Like a number of folks said in another thread - Al is greatly missed.

From memory, it appears that the fill line goes to the top of the axle portion. With that in mind, I would think the fill cap would be vented.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
