23d coil

If you look at my wonderboy coil thread, I did a change out of a coil on a model 19. The coil worked great and is inexpensive but there is what I feel is a slight downside to the fact that it is cheap and that is that the plug wire itself is plastic and NOT silicon rubber as it should be. Caution must be used to not route the wire anywhere near the exhaust, cylinder head cooling fins or to leave the wire lay on the engine tins as it does leak (short) through the plastic and may cause a no spark symptom.

Best of luck

I wondered the same thing. The flywheel for the 243431 has different geometry. Maybe this would have a negative effect on a smaller displacement engine?

Hard to say. I never tried it. If they have the blocked machined for it. I would say yes. I think a member in Pennsylvania did this. I will check the search forums.
