can anyone tell me if a front electric pto off a 14hp kohler will fit on a 16 horse cast iron briggs? thanks, scott

I don't think so. The electric clutches on my Briggs powered homelites have a dome shaped base that centers on the bearing plate on the engine. Kohlers use a flat plate . Sam

Thats what is was afraid of. I was hoping that the older kohlers would have used that domed shaped housing, but wasn't sure. Thanks a million, Scott
