New England Nor'easter - ugh, or yeh ?

Recommended Posts

DMKNLD

For all you hard core snowstorm lovers on this forum - don't get me wrong - I relish in my Simplicity 'seat time' as much as anyone. But come mid March, I'm ready to be thinking about grass cutting rather than snowblowing, as we prepare for a 'welcome to spring' 14 - 20" snow storm predicted for tomorrow here in Central ME.

Any other fellow New Englanders out there have 'less than 3 positive thoughts' as I do about snow blowing another Nor'easter snowstorm?

Yes Denis I have to agree, spring isjust around the corner... lets get on with it.

Hopefully when the storm gets to New Brunswick it will be rain.... If not we will fire up the ol' girls and blow it away!!

Snowing here at a pretty good clip, about 2 inches so far this morning, they are predicting 10 to 16 inches or so. They keep changing the amounts and I guess it doesn't make any difference, a few more inches here and there, we call it poor mans fertilizer.

I got about 4" here this morning- Boston north shore. I'm just going to let it melt where it fell. I too am cutting wood and the pick up bed is full of wood and my snowblower shell, so I got good traction.

I need to sand blast the shell, orange Imron paint it and put it back together for next winter. Then I can stop using the 3 ariens walk behinds.
