Hello all. I recently aquired an 918H Deutz Allis that is missing an engine. I am told it had a Kohler in it originally, and i am gussing by the model it would have been an 18 HP. Can anyone please tell me what would easily fit in its place now ? i was thinking the CH 18....am i right ? Thanks for any help......?

Your tractor would have had a 18 hp Magnum engine originally so a 18hp or 20hp would be a direct bolt in replacement. Here is a topic that I posted a few years ago of a Magnum to Command swap I performed and as you will see, there are a few things to consider for transplanting a Command!
