There ya go! It's amazing how versatile these little buggies are, especially with a few inches of clearance added. That package looks great!

They are fun, hard working and relatively safe. I've had mine for 5 years, and not a hiccup ('cept for the occasional self-inflicted damage/injury). I have no clue how many hours I put on it each year, but it's a LOT. We use it primarily at my folks place during the boating months, as they are on the lake, and have 1000's of acres of farmland to cruise behind their place. We take it to 'mushroom camp' for several weekends in the spring, in Northern Michigan...it's another place where anything goes, and a cart ride can last well beyond the fuel capacity of the machine. Then, it spends fall at Deer Camp, where it really gets a workout. Mud, snow and lots of trail riding on gas & power lines, and national Forest firelanes.

My big upgrade project is almost complete...sold my old rims and neighborhood tires last nite for something better suited to handle the added HP and speed. So right now, she's laid up until Brown brings my boxes on Monday. Then, I need to add a winch and fairlead mount to the new front end, and we're good to go north the weekend of the 13th.

Nice job!!dOddOd

So it's a 2000.5 or newer Clubcar DS, gas engine (the choke button gives that away). You'll find a higher top speed now with the big tires.

Tell us more about it, like where and how you are using it. I like the rear seat kit. I opted for the steel one as opposed to the aluminum diamond plate style. My cart is a deep dark blue.

NEET vehicle,My younger Son was in the business of upgrading used EZ-GOs for use on "sporting" courses, before He moved to the Blue Ridge in NC. He left one behind (not upgraded) and I used the front tires for rear tires on my 4212.The cart is on the bottom of my 2DO list :o) With both the '68 LL and the weed cutter in peach baskets! It does not look all that bad from this angle, but wait!

I bought mine to make the wife happy. I take her and my daughter to a bunch of tractor shows and now she doesnt mind the swap meets so much since we can drive threw them. :) The lift kit was to make me happy. No where near as cool as Josh's but hey he does more off road stuff than i do. Then of course we use it in the neighborhood to cruise to the pool and back. My mom lives a mile away, so go there and back as well. and its a 2008 club car.

Not to hijack the thread here, or anything, here's my cart. It's a 1989 CCDS, electric. Except for the rear seat, all the mods you see in the pics are simply paint.

Yeah Nate, it is my first cart and first attempt at a primer, base, clear paintjob. The cart is too old, 1989, and only a 36v system. Big tires and a lift kit won't be going on this one. I'll sell it and get something newer with more power if I decide to go that route.

I could upgrade the electrics to 48vdc and buy a new charger, but that upgrade costs about $50 for a solenoid, $300 for the charger, and $600-700 for batteries. Too much to justify for this cart.

We only use ours in the campgrounds where the speed limit is a blistering 10mph. For now, it does the job as a simple people mover on paved roads.

My father in law is getting up in years, and had a hard time getting to the garden, around the yard, etc. So we found a 70's model Columbia 3 wheel cart at a swap meet, painted it, and lettered it like a Farmall Cub, and gave it to him as a Fathers day present a few years ago. He loves it!

This one has a Harley Davidson 2 cycle engine in it.
