402707 oil

Recommended Posts

Have two opposed twins, and I believe both use just about 1.5 qt. I always check after the first qt. and add slowly after. Depends on how much drains out when you change. I always tilt the tractor frame a bit and let drain for some time.

Use 30 in the summer tractor, and 5W30 in the winter one. The 5212.5 has like 2000 hour on it, and this week goes to get the valves adjusted. Change oil in them every 25ish hours. Blow out the sheet metal covers every other time I cut. Like to think it helps.

10-30 should be OK.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
