Grader Restoration Before and After Pics

Recommended Posts

bowhunt4life

The Grader is going in for blasting, priming and painting.

I'm thinking allis yellow hitch, stainless hardware and black blade.

All the OEM grader blades I have had also have PACAL on the back. They are very useful, great trade!

Blasting would be a good idea for the blade as well. It is cast steel so the pits are hard to clean. If its not rusty like mine was then it can just be scrubbed with a stiff nylon brush and dish soap before primer/paint.....Nice trade dOd

Chris,

Those pictures make me want to paint my Dutch blade and John Holcomb hitch. Now that means I will need to find time to remove it from the tractor, clean it, sand it, and paint it.

Yours looks great.

Rick......

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
