Dlx pto keeps kicking out

After about 15 minutes of mowing with my 20HP DLX the pto kicks out. So I pull it to the garage and adjust the clutch again and the pto engages again. Hmmm whats the deal here

Also check the ground wire; make sure it's making good contact. Without a good ground, it'll act the same way as not enough voltage.

If you have a small voltmeter, wire it directly to the PTO +12v feed and monitor the voltage when mowing. If the voltage slowly drops you might have a partially broken/pinched wire that increases in resistance as it heats up under load. Should be a constant 12v at the PTO terminal at all times.

A weak relay in the clutch electrical system will cause that problem. I'm not sure if your tractor uses relays, but it is a possibility.
