Regent 4108 battery question

Recommended Posts

I got that 4108 that I had asked about under "What's it Worth?". It has no battery, dead or otherwise. I have business with an Interstate Battery distributor. Will he know what battery I need or do I need to go in armed with that info? I'm finding precious little specific info in my Google search. Thanx, Dave

I own a 4212(followon to the 4100 series)The operators manual calls for a "12Volt 39 amp hour" battery. I use the Wal-Mart lawn and Tractor Battery #U1P-7 distributed by Excide (350 cranking amps,275 cold cranking amps), runs about $30 plus a $9 core charge. This type uses flat cable connections (1/4-20 nuts, bolts and washers).

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
