Not the Original Location for the Screen but I thought It Should work Ok and a easy spot to Sew it in. So I put the Canvas on the Back Framework this morning and The SUN came out today..

Nice job! The screen for my canvas top is on the top, behind a zipper. I leave it unzipped all the time. I think your location in the rear is much better...

That is awesome! Hopefully you made patterns. I would buy one if you start production. Nice job!

Thanks guys, I didn't have a Pattern to Copy, i just used the Pics from the Owners manual and i think It's Pretty Close, and not an exact Copy.

I have More labor Hours than Product Cost, but After the first one is made things do get easier.

Based on that I'm not sure How much I would Pay for one?

They were $150.00 two years ago when Simplicity quit selling them according to Jacks, but a half dozen other websites say they are still available for $156. That was for the cover. The door canvas $80.00 and still available.

2123049SM cart cover $156.00

2123051sm door cover $79.95

What a set up. Our lawn wouldn't support a vacuum like that. Very nice though.

Very nice work there...dOd

That will be better than the original I think.

I wish I had a sewing machine to play with, I need to make a grass hopper for my old sweeper while the old one is still in tact enough for a pattern sm00

I covered my rear door with the pet proof screen wire that i bought from menards, I plan to cover the rest of the cart once the old is no longer usable, the advantage of this screen is that you can see how full it is easily. I sewed it with 8# spyder wire fishing line and if you know of this stuff you know how tough it is.
