Well, should I assume it moves fine in forward.....??

the linkage on these is such that the farther you push the lever

the faster you go.... is it possible that the linkage is worn or

out of adjustment such that you are not getting much actual travel of the lever at the hydro motor?

there is basically no power in reverse. tons of power going forward.

reservoir is full of fluid.

Is the linkage tight on each end that goes from control handle to the control shaft assembly? What is the condition of the double ended ball joint on the control shaft assembly?

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
