building a puller

I have a Homelite t-8. I was considering building some kind of pulling tractor with it. Cant find much information about it. Can anyone turn me on to some infor as far as what is required to get started. Thanks, BADCARS

I don't know about TN. But up here in WI and MN the T-8 would not be a good choice, all of the pulls that we pull at start at 750# and go up (many start at 950#). Our 917 with my son on it can make 750#. Most pullers are at least a 12hp and a larger chassis than the T-8. Good Luck! Mike S.
