Anyone know what to look for.On a 3415 vickers hydro in forward motion stops then goes. Jerks forward so bad about throws you out of seat.Oil res. is full.You move hydro from reverse to forward very jumpy.

check the bevel gear box mounting bolts front and side.if loose they will cause the slowing and jerking sometimes raise the front wheels. sm00

Yeah, sounds like something in the belt system (belt/BGB/pulleys), providing intermittent pump power. The Vickers are smooth as silk, otherwise.

Ditto ditto on the loose bolts. Three were loose, one was gone. Fixed that and it's smooth as silk now.

I have seen the four bolts that hold the tractor halves together loosen up and do the exact same thing. I would check that as well. It was like being on a bronco! The bolts had actually worn the threads off from wearing. 4 new bolts and away I went, smooth as silk!
