Brake rod on HB-112

The rod that connects the brake band to the clutch / brake lever is missing off the HB-112 I just bought. Does anyone have a service manual that would show a picture of this rod and how it connects to the clutch lever arm. If I knew what it looked like, I could make one. Any pictures/info would be appreciated. Gary
