Maybe the float sticking in the up position, or a bit of dirt in the float bowl. I'd take the carb back apart and blow it out with air and check float for free movement.

Does the tractor have a fuel filter installed? If it does, disconnect the fuel line before filter inlet and blow backwards into the tank to see if you can jar something loose. Plugged up fuel tanks are not uncommon. Also if there is no filter in the line, it is possible that foreign material will clog the inlet elbow of carb and give you the same symptoms.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
