Well, I sold my 455 deere and decided to buy a new John Deere X754 AWS Diesel. I figure the 32 foot trailer was big enough. :D Brought it home, added arm rests, a mulch kit to the deck with my wifes help, that 60" deck is heavy. and then today i added a roller to the back of the deck. no pic of that yet. So my wife gets home from work after i get home with the new tractor. Mind you i took it off the trailer straight into the garage, didnt even drive it. My wife gets on it and drives thru the yard and up and down the street. So she played with it before me. Not complaining, just find that funny. Then picked up a tiller for the HB212. Very nice shape and i think the white is a nice compliment to it. Cant use it with the ez rake attached but was still using that and wanted to see how the tiller worked. its awesome. well here are some pictures of the fun.

As always nice work. You'll be very happy with that tiller. I think there are only two grease zerks on it too.

Look at all that room on that trailer for attachments. Good looking HB212 too. Not sure if its safe to say the green machine looks pretty good also but it does. Never owned a JD except for a B and that was 8 or 10 years ago.

ps...Just curious...for what you spent on the green machines why not get a Legacy? or Prestige? sm01 (Sorry, no offence, I'm just VERY "brand loyal")

Nice equipment, it looks like you are fully set up for fun.

It is great your wife is on board also.

That trailer is awesome and massive.

What do you use it for other than buying tractors?

well, why the Deere over the simplicity. The main reason was 4 wheel steer and the yanmar diesel. The simplicity used a briggs diesel that is made by daihatsu. The yanmar has been proven very good for a good number of years. also deere implements are very easy to come by. I love my Hb212 and i think the old ac and simplicity tractors are awesome. if they still made the Sovereign with the old frame i would have bought that no questions asked. now why do we need a 32' gooseneck trailer. lol actually we need a semi, but this had to do. Currently in the fleet we have a John Deere R and a G. like to take both of those and the gold cart to the shows in 1 trip. And currenly im looking to add a Rumely Oil pull or a smaller steam engine to the collection. We have gotten more and more into the old steel tractors. We can haul a tractor up to 14,000 on this trailer as its rated at 26k. here are some pics of the big toys. I even got my 15 year old niece up on the R. apparently when your 15 and a girl tractors not so cool. oh well. win some loose some.

Nathan, great pics. You sure have a nice selection of toys.

From seeing all your pics from past posts and new posts, it look's like you have more than one location for everything.

Some pictures are just from different shows or events. I have them at my moms house and at our house. unfortunately i only have a 3 car garage at the house. so makes storing things complicated. we are currently trying to sell our house and buy acreage, but the housing market sucks. so may not happen this year. Thats one of the big delays in getting my steam engine or rumely. lack of a place to keep it.

Nate a Rumley Oil Pull would be unbelievable!! I would think they are very rare and therefore pricey :o Have you seen any for sale yet? How much do they go for?......mower deck included?:D

here are some pics of the rollers on the back of the deck, there is a space where the wheels go where no rollers then a couple more on the outside. similar to to the ac decks. and here is the 1st mow with the roller on the deck. i need to get use to the tractor, but not to bad. and prices on Rumely tractors are 10k to mid 20's for most. in nice shape and running.

Finding a Girl to ride your tractor round here is about unheard of. Heck trying to find a Farm girl is even harder. Counting the last Farmall I brought home I have a total of 4 Farmalls and dad has 7.

That Deere looks really heavy duty from under/behind & nice deck...

$10-$20k for a Rumley is VERY pricey to me...but I guess if your not a steam engineer willing to restore one you dont want one in bad condition. sm05XX(
