I think that would just be a Broadmoor 717 deluxe. At least thats the 7hp machine offered in '68.

Kind of like the 300 and 400 Series, there is no direct Simplicity equivalent. It has a peerless transmission instead of a Simplicity built transmission. The hood and grill are drastically different in appearance. Even the intermediate idler assembly underneath has different size pulleys from those used on the Broadmoor. I would still classify it as a broadmoor class tractor due to the frame and numerous other components shared between them.
