what time what equal out to 100kb for pictures ?

I go by trial and error. All pics don't seem to come out the same. I start resizing by changing the large number to 500 and adjust from there. I loose detail fast under 100kb, so I try to get as close as possible. I'm also working with a crappy little camera, you can tell some of these guys have much nicer equipment by the quality of their photos. Dave

So, you're using a PC based computer. You should be able to right click on the picture and find out the details. This should tell you how much memory the picture is using. From there, as previously mentioned, trial and error. Once you get the size right on one pic, you should be alright. Use a good bright pic for your trial.

I resize to 800 x 600 on mine...

if thats too big (over 100kbs) then I resize down more to 750 X ..... but alot depends on how bright the pics are, how much white. Bright pics use more kbs than darker ones

If you go too low then the pics will be too small.
