Video of sickle on Big Ten

Recommended Posts

The Big Ten is running! Needed gas tank and PTO parts from the Landlord, carb kit, and installed battery ignition due to bad magneto coil. Also still need to install new seal on the brake drum shaft.

Here it is with the sickle bar mostly mounted and being tested.

Before this I took the girls for a ride around the yard in the garden trailer 8D

Do you have it belted up to the tiny outer pulley on the double drive pulley on the tractor?

Hard to tell in the video, but appears to me to be running way too fast.

Yep... small pulley. The tractor is also at a bit less than half throttle. I actually couldn't take the throttle higher that day as I had the wrong main jet in the carb since I was waiting for the correct one to come in. Got here this afternoon :D

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
