Surging Hydrostatic Drive

Recommended Posts

ccj4586

My 1970 Simplicity Sovereign 3112H recently developed a surge. It started out mild, but has gotten so severe I can't really use the tractor. I know next to nothing about the hydrostatic drives. Any suggestions on what I should do first?

I'd check the fluid level, and see if a moderator can move your question to the Talking Tractors forum, where folks look to ask and answer questions like this...you'll get a better response there.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
