Weight of a Stinger?

Curious what a stinger and the weights weigh? I missed one on eBay that went cheap (or at least I thought). May have to build my own with a rod and some unused weightlifting weights. How much does it take to nearly balance a 42" blade? Got a 6 year old itching to push snow this winter.

A stinger is 23#, I believe. Doughnut weight is about the same. It doesnt take much to counter a 42". I used to counter a 46" with a steel rod and a couple wheel weights hanging on it.

I have not measured the hanging weight of my 42" blade, but I did the 46" which has a lot more hitch weight to offer at 84 lbs.

Thanks guys. If my 6 year old can even reach the clutch this winter, he'll be on the B10 with the 42' blade. Dad is going to run the B110 with the 46" and big ag tires.:D
