Weight racks

Recommended Posts

A friend of mine gave me these weights about a year ago. I finally got around to making some racks so that I can use them on the Sunstar. One for the back:

Great to know we have another welder in the family ;)

Still looks a heck of a lot better than anything I can do. I managed a repair the other night with the wire welder, and juuuust had a nice, smooth weld going, only to run out of wire. Started over, and made a royal mess of what I had started.

Have you ever seen Ray weld? In photo's, a halo is clearly visible while he works. It's supernatural.

Dadgum! Why so much weight needed?

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
