Tilled up the garden plot today and planted some rye for the deer to eat this fall. I sure wish I had a rock rake of some kind.

Had some company while I worked. There were 2 more babies a few days ago. The coyotes must have gotten them, or a car. I can't kill the coyotes fast enough.

Those particular turkeys aren't for eating, just for looking at. They've grown so used to me that they'll just walk right up to me when I'm working in the yard. They don't even get that skittish when I'm running the tractor. Just wouldn't be any sport in hunting them.

      Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options.
