Got a 75th annv tractor badge pretty cheap...it's bigger and bulkier than I though. One heck of a chunk of metal!

Also grabbed up another promo item, a wall hanging thermometer. I had the chance to grab a couple, NOS in the box, and will throw an ad out in the classifieds if anyone is interested in this 'stuff' like I am.

I also finally have myself a Simplicity gas can. I've seen them in the past having been decaled or owner painted, and wanted an OEM (I also wanted a gas can that actually works, unlike the crap at the stores). It actually has a part number...1690504.

About two months ago Rural Kings had "REAL" can spouts on sale. I know Zippo got his kit, I passed on the sale 'cause I was tapped out.

I've run across a few Lawn Boy cans but still haven't found a Simplicity can. Nice finds.

The gas cans are pretty cool. A number of years ago I scored a few - a couple NOS and a couple used/shelf worn. I was told by that former dealer they were given away with the purchase of a walk behind snow blower back in the late 1970's. Seems like I came across and old promo ad that confirmed that. Tim
