Sunstar Dozer blade lift adjustments?

Is there any way to adjust the lift heighth of a dozer blade on a Sunstar?

I have not got into that yet Sam, but the snow blower will not raise very much either.

The instructions for adjusting the lift height are on the bottom of page 4 of the manual (1691000 manual blade control/1691365 hydro blade control). Basically, you just adjust two bolts. But, even with it adjusted correctly it still doesn't lift all that high.
