Soft cab vinyl - can it be modified?

Getting close to the final big projecct for the year, fitting a NOS cab for a 90's style broadmoor to a 2005 Broadmoor.

Shouldnt have mucch trouble modifying the frame work, but I will likely have to modify the vinyl on the front panel, left side, to have a pocket for the lift lever to drop into.

Can this type of vinyl be cut and sewn, glued, or ??????

There is a tape used on vinyl tarps, I have seen it at Menards.

I have never used it but I have seen it used, it sticks like

grim death.

It might be a cheap cure for your problem.

If you use the tape, let us know how it works. I bought a vinyl cab from a Craftsman tractor with the rounded rear fenders, so will have to do a lot of mondifying to make it fit my AC 620 with the square fenders. Hope I can make it work, as a cab to fit the tractor is very expensive - if one can be found for sale.

Sam,

I bet if you contact Original Cab Co. they would make you the lower front panel if they don`t have it in stock. The quoted me a price of $75 two years ago for me.
