Got a start on organizing my extra storage building today. I need to still get 2 tractors; 2 short tongue dump carts; 2 long tongue dump carts; 2 rollers and a few more things in here for the winter.

I am trying to make enough room in my shop to get our motorhome and small travel trailer inside and also leave some work space and room to put my pickup inside also. I need a big shoehorn. Need to proceed with planned mezzanine at rear of shop in the near future.

Don't really believe in it, but it MIGHT just be you have a couple too many tractors. Of course, you could just replace your ractor shed with a 3 story one.:D

What are the shop dimensions? Looks like lots of goodies in there^ How do you like the quonset? I have been considering a carport and enclosing it. I don't know how it would compare in cost.

? Marty; too many tractors? I only have 17 garden tractors, 2 Gibsons and 6 Simplicity walk behinds, plus attachments. Plans in the works to build 15x30 mezzanine along back wall of shop.

Jeff; knee was a little swollen after today's activities but no pain. Getting stronger and better every day, but I do watch out for it and avoid twisting or straining it.

Chris; shop is 30x60 and 16 ft. to the roof joists. Green building is 12x20. I have had it for 3 years now and it is very handy. Technically "portable" so no hassle from building inspector and no permit needed. It sheds snow by itself and is holding up so far with no signs of deterioration....Dave

Greg. Very easy to assemble. Did it on my own with no help. Had a problem with design of first cover so supplier made me a new one with a different way of tightening fabric. Bought from a Canadian company in Toronto area. Could not be happier dealing with a local supplier. No Asian crap in this setup. I have about $700 in it and three trouble free winters so far....Dave

Finished clean up today and put motorhome & trailer inside for the winter. Need to mount the good blower on the BigTen and give the other one some TLC and mount on the B110 for a backup. I even have space left to work on stuff and get my pickup inside!!!....Dave

I have toys like that. Motorhome, motorcycle, and tractors!

Nice job on the reorganizing!

Question: do varmints mess with your tractors stored in the shed? Like mice chewing wires? If so, how do you battle that?

Randy; I have not had any mouse damage but the fact that 2 stray cats sleep on the seat of one of the tractors might have something to do with that....Dave

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
