Dozer lift rod

I am trying to find out the right length and the right bends for the lift rod of the 46" dozer blade.

or maybe someone has one they like to part with.

I am also trying to figure out the angle rod for it on how to make one or find one.

Also the flat steel part for the angle rod to rest on size and bend in it.

I got this blade yesterday and didn't get those to rods with it.

RayS used to make and sell the control rods. Not sure if he still does, so shoot him a PM and see. Also, here's a tutorial that Greg Pointon did last year on how to make them:

What tractor is this for? The lift rods and angle adjustment support bracket are very different for different machines.
