2 stage snowblower attachment

Recommended Posts

Has anyone tried to use the second stage impeller assembly from like a late 60's early 70's simplicity snowblower? I haven't looked too closely, but most of the parts on those walk behind blowers are identical to the attachment parts.

Burntime

there was a guy that mounted 2 24 inch blowers together with 2 spout rotators. The pulley rotates the right way for the old b and landlord, heck, it may make a cool project! A welder, a torch, and a big hammer overcome most obsticles!:D It would make a cool thread in the show and tell forum!

Interesting,

I wonder how well that would hang off the front of a Serf, 27" wide, a Yeoman, or Broadmoor, 32" wide.

Looks like it would only be a few pounds heavier that the single stage housing. The only addition is the 2nd stage impeller and housing.

You would need the blower to be wider than the tractor it is mounted to.
