Overdue Seat Time

Recommended Posts

Has been years since I messed with snow very much. I usually leave it to Dad with the walk-behind blower. This year I had to clear the lot at work. Got to play on this 445 all morning.

Probably cleared 3/4 acre of snow. It did pretty well if I kept it on the pavement. I got stuck on some packed snow in the gravel and had to get the JD380 forklift to pull it out. These 400 Series tractors came out in '93 and were pretty advanced for their time. They had diff lock, foot controlled hydrostat, liquid cooled Kawasaki engine, front hydraulics standard, tilt wheel, cruise, and power steering. I can't say I really liked the location of the hydraulic levers. These were around $9K back in the '90s.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
