Looks like an early concrete buggy. Does look like it has a PTO shaft sticking out the front though.

Ron, I have no real intent to buy it for 2 grand, not that type of collector.

I got that Cushman for hauling it off, it's burried in snow. Engine turns over but no spark, undercarrige needs a lot of work too.

Maybe you could use it to haul ore out of your gold mine. You'd need to to cover the price.
