Allis Chalmers Orange

Here we go again, Paint,. Had to go to Fairbanks today so I stopped in the ACE hardware store to look at the Rust stop paint Sam talked about on a post now on the bottom of page 2. Well, he got yellow, today I found A/C orange #17132. When I got home I brought in the hood of the Landlord as it was not bolted on only to find the paint on the under side rather sad lookin thouugh the frost that formed in the warm air. Still looks closer than Chevy Orange-red. Anyone tried it or a different brand called A/C orange???thanks,,Oh, I got 8 cans at 4 bucks each so aomething will be AC orange. MPH

Jim, the old dodge might be a good thought for wood cutting. Painted some tests on the inside of the landlord hood last nite and I think the chevy oarage red is a lot closer even though a bit too red..MPH

Marty, I like the idea of an AC orange Dodge. You could have the best of both worlds! Now, if you could only find decals for an AC 318. Merry Christmas! Pat

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
