Carb for a 3310

Recommended Posts

I have a Simplicity 3310 with a tiller attchement on the back. I broke the jet on the carb when I was trying to tear down the carb and am having a hard time finding a carb for it. Could I retrofit with another carburetor possibly a newer one? Where would I even start to to look to find one? Im new tro this scene so any help is appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

You SHOULD have a Briggs Model 243431.

Depending on the type number they came with either ...

Medium Flo-Jet = With 3 screws holding the top cover to the main body.

Large Flo-Jet = With 4 screws holding the top cover to the main body.

There is a large one for sale on the Smokstak site right now with a picture at ...

http://www.enginads.com/classifieds/showcat.php/cat/4 .....for 25.00.

That is an excellent price. Both carbs can be also found on ebay but the medium one is much easier to come by.

Good morning peeps! I’m always searching for helpful information with my AC collection. Hope to find out new information and pass on my own experience in restoration. Here are some pics of my babies. I’m still looking for front rims for the 410 so yesterday I put the 310 wheels on took it for a drive. Working pretty good but still needs some carb work. Gotta get the 310 running next. Have a great day!😁
