They're still around but they're not cheap, and they sell fast. An L-10 (painted orange) sold on eBay a week or so ago for $850 and it wasn't all there, as I remember.

The marketing specs for each are in the Allis Chalmers >> B-Series Attachments section. There was also a couple of other strangely named models: a B-1 loader (L-10 eqivalent, I think) that was sold for the B-1, and an L-112 (L-12 equivalent, I think) that was sold for the B-112. Also note that there were 36" and 42" buckets available.

I am not at all familiar with these loaders. Can someone tell me what the difference is, between the L-10 and the L-12? Is it the manual trip vs. hydralic bucket? Is one more heavy duty than the other? Pat

Pat, the L-10 is manual dump, the L-12 is hydro dump, according to my book, never seen either one. The 12 also has a little more lift ht, slightly faster lift time and so on. I posted all the specs awhile back but don't recall what post. If you want the specs I'll post them again..MPH
