Simplicity Serf Transmission

If a rear wheel brake were added to a Serf- one for the left and a seperate for the right, for extra tight turning; would that hurt the transmission??? (The Serf has a manual transmission). Thanks, Les

I have a 515 Serf and the turning radius is very small. Just wondering why you would want it any smaller.
