Prestige Deck Roller Bar On Sovereign

Recommended Posts

PhanDad

Awhile back I picked up a complete NOS new style deck roller bar, from a Prestige maybe. It had both the bar shaft and support with rollers, washers, spacers, spring, and push nuts. Ground the weld to free the bar from the support and had it welded into an old Sovereign 48" roller bar support. Instead of drilling the bar for cotter pins to hold the rollers in place, I used the available rollers, spacers, spring, and push nuts to make a fresh roller bar for my 75th.Some pics:

I think I'm going to like it.

Brett,

The rollers are the standard diameter; the rounded roller is maybe an 1/8" larger in diameter than the straight rollers. Manufacturing tolerances I would guess.
