Checked the plug and points gap. Both dead on. Plenty of gas flow. For grins and giggles, I pulled the Nova 2 off of my B110 and put it on. Problem solved. I'm guessing the condenser is bad judging from the way it looks. I'm not a purist, so I'll get another Nova 2 and be done with it.

New problem though. The throttle drifts down to about 3/4 over a minute or so. Just spent 45 minutes mowing the lawn wishing I had a 3rd hand. Any ideas on keeping her at wide open?

I have come across this issue myself. The repair itself has had mixed results. I removed the complete throttle assembly and used a center punch to tighten up the pivot point with a few blows against a flat hard surface.
