AC_HB-112 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Looking for a fan and some other parts for a 1975 Montgomery Ward 16. It's been sitting for 2 years because we haven't been able to find one. Anyone know of any parts dealers around? I had one ordered but it's been on back order for almost a year now,best guess is they're all but impossible to find
rokon2813 Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 What fan? What engine? If it's a 16 cast iron briggs, and the flywheel cooling fan, most any CI briggs fan would fit I think. what other parts?
AC_HB-112 Posted May 9, 2014 Author Posted May 9, 2014 It's the fan that cools the hydro-stat off the drive shaft. Im not sure what else he needs, but we will figure that out after we get the fan
MPH Posted May 9, 2014 Posted May 9, 2014 Do you have what's left of the old one? That fan is a poor design on them, the one on my loader tractor was all wallowed out and cracked so I bought a cheap fan the right dia and made it work.
