Lost a belt guide/retainer

I was using my 7116 to haul a trailer to move firewood this afternoon and forgot that I had only loosely installed the back idler pulley. This is the one on the spring tensioned mount that you switch ears for snowblower or mower operation. I found the pulley and bolt, but lost the nut, washer, and belt guide. The first two are no biggie, but the third one seems slightly important. I can't even find it in the parts diagram on Partstree?!

It would mount between 14 and 23. Can anybody help me with a part number?

Or was this somebody else's add on and isn't really neccesary?

Your probably looking for part #2162115, the belt stop that goes on this pulley for snow blower use. It's part of the mfg #1690557 single pulley front hitch. I run the stop for mowing also, I figure it can't hurt and I don't have to go looking for it when mounting the snow blower.

Here's the link to the Partstree diagram:

That would be it! It didn't even cross my mind that it wouldn't be a core part of the tractor.
